If the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases the goods for purposes unrelated to any business or professional activity carried out, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number reference in the order form), the purchases made on the site www.siderea.it are governed by the Italian law on distance selling (Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6 September 2005. BIOMY Srl also complies with the obligations deriving from Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 (Implementation of Directive 2000/31/EC relating to certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce).
The sale between BIOMY Srl and the customer must be considered concluded when the order forwarded by the customer, in compliance with the purchase procedure specifically indicated on the website indicated, reaches the address of the site itself. The order sent by the customer will be binding for BIOMY Srl only if the entire purchase procedure has been completed regularly and correctly, without any evidence of error messages from the site. By submitting the purchase order, the customer acknowledges and declares having read all the information provided by the site during the online purchase procedure and fully accepting the general conditions of sale.

Purchase method

The customer can only purchase the products present in the site catalog at the time of placing the order, as described in the relative technical-information sheets. The order cannot be made in relation to products which, although present in the site’s catalogue, are indicated as unavailable. In any case, the products on the site are offered until their availability lasts.

All products displayed on the site are understood to be available for immediate delivery, unless explicitly indicated otherwise. The sales prices displayed on the website www.siderea.it are to be understood as inclusive of VAT. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by BIOMY Srl by means of a communication, sent via e-mail, to the e-mail address indicated by the customer in the purchase procedure. The confirmation communication will contain the order identification number, the date, the indication of the products purchased, the price, the delivery costs, the data provided by the customer for the billing and delivery, the payment method chosen by the customer and a summary of the general conditions of sale. The customer must immediately verify the content of the communication and undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained therein as well as to promptly communicate any errors and/or omissions. In the event of momentary outage or delay of a product, the customer will be promptly notified via e-mail.

Terms of payment

Each payment by the customer can only be made through one of the methods indicated on the website www.siderea.it

PayPal, by credit card and prepaid

The order amount will be charged to the customer’s Paypal account after the order has been confirmed by BIOMY Srl. The delivery of the product will be performed after the verification of the credit of the purchase price in the PayPal account of BIOMY Srl. Any refunds to the customer will be made by BIOMY Srl. A confirmation email from PayPal will be sent to each transaction made.

Delivery methods and costs

BIOMY Srl will deliver the selected and purchased products by express courier to the address provided by the customer when ordering. Orders will be processed as soon as they are received. BIOMY Srl undertakes to deliver the products in the shortest possible time. The total amount of the expenses will be visible before proceeding with the purchase confirmation. The shipped goods will be checked and delivered to the shipper intact and without defects. BIOMY Srl cannot be held responsible in any way for any delays or damages attributable to the shipper’s fault.
Shipment to Italy: Transport on Italian and European territory is entrusted to the best known and most reliable express courier. Delivery for Italy takes place within 48/72 hours, the times indicated above are absolutely indicative and may vary during holidays and/or according to the destination to be reached. In any case we are not responsible for any delays due to the courier. For transport on European territory, delivery times vary from 4 to 6 working days depending on the destination to be reached.
In order to have an accurate and safe delivery, please indicate the destination address as precisely as possible, complete with useful information, such as for example Staircase, Interior, Intercom, etc.
Associated with each order will be present, and will be communicated via an e-mail confirming the departure of the package from our warehouse, a shipping code consisting of an identification number with which it will be possible to check where the package is, sent directly from the site.
Non-delivery due to absence of the recipient: If the recipient of the shipment is absent, the courier will leave a notice on the first passage and carry out a second passage the following day. In case of absence of the recipient at the second step, the goods go into storage. The storage service consists in the custody of shipments that have not been delivered to the courier for independent reasons. In the event of non-delivery, the goods are placed in special supervised areas with limited access. The service provides for the sending to the sender of information regarding the stock and the request for redelivery shipments. The goods are returned to the sender if there are no new instructions within 10 working days from the opening date of the stock. <br>
The issuance of the invoice is not mandatory if it is not requested by the customer no later than the moment of execution of the operation, as indicated in the art. 22 of the Presidential Decree of 10/26/1972 n. 633. 633. By sending the order to BIOMY Srl the customer agrees to receive the invoice/receipt in electronic format. The customer will be able to receive the invoice/receipt in paper format by expressly requesting it from BIOMY Srl. After the invoice has been issued, it will not be possible to make any changes to the data indicated in the same.

Standard Shipping Italy: (48/72 hrs) 7,00 euros VAT incl.

Free Shipping Italy: for orders over 90.00 euros.

Standard Shipping UE: (4 -6 working days*) 20,00 euros.

Standard Shipping Extra UE: (10 – 14 working days*) 40,00 euros.

*Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the term of 14 (fourteen) working days from the day of receipt of the products, by sending a written communication by email to the address: info@siderea.it

The communication referred to in the previous point must specify the intention to withdraw from the purchase and the product or products for which it intends to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching a copy of the receipt/tax invoice. The customer must therefore return the product in its original packaging at its own expense to BIOMY Srl, Via XXVIII Aprile, 5 35043 Monselice (PD ). The goods must be returned intact, in the original packaging, complete in all its parts and together with the attached tax documentation.
Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, BIOMY Srl will re-credit the payment instrument used for payment to refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal in the shortest possible time and in any case within a maximum period of 30 days from date on which it became aware of the exercise of the withdrawal. BIOMY Srl has the right not to accept returned products that have been altered from their original condition or have been damaged. If the recipient of the products indicated in the order is different from the person who made the payment for these products, the amount paid corresponding to the returned items will be refunded by BIOMY Srl to the person who made the payment. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, BIOMY Srl will not be responsible for the shipping costs for the return or for any loss or damage to the products attributable to third parties.
